XO SIP and NEC Interoperability SV8100 and UX5000

xoXO Communications (OTCBB: XOHO) and NEC Unified Solutions, Inc. (NEC), a leading communications solutions integrator, today announced that NEC’s UNIVERGE® SV8100 and UX5000 communication platforms have been certified to work with XO’s award-winning Session Initiation Protocol trunking solution, XO SIP.

Today, more than 15,000 businesses and more than 600,000 customer employees benefit from VoIP services offered by XO through its portfolio of converged IP services, which includes XO SIP. Launched in the spring of 2008, the UNIVERGE® SV8100 and UX5000 communications servers have experienced wide adoption and deployment by NEC’s broad network of authorized dealers and their customers. The certification confirms that the NEC SV8100 and UX5000 communications servers and XO SIP work seamlessly together, providing businesses with confidence when using their powerful, feature-rich NEC systems with XO SIP to support locations nationwide.

XO SIP
